Man arrested after child porn found on computer, deputies say | Crime

ROCK HILL, SC (WBTV)- A Rock Hill man is facing charges after deputies say he was caught with child porn on his computer, deputies say.

According to the York County Sheriff's Office, 53-year-old Fred William Hensley, of Rock Hill, was arrested on Wednesday after he was served warrants for Sexual Exploitation of a Minor, Second Degree.

Deputies say the Computer Forensics Unit was doing an investigation, along with the South Carolina Internet Crimes against Children (ICAC) Task Force, of the Peer 2 Peer Network web site which is used to share files, videos, pictures and music. 

During the investigation, Detectives followed an IP address that was used to download unlawful material, including child pornography.

Investigators traced the IP address back to Hensley. 

Investigators obtained search warrants of Hensley's computer and devices that could store information.  During the search process detectives found videos and pictures of child pornography on Hensley's home computer.

Hensley was arrested and booked into the Moss Justice Detention Center.
