Couple caught having sex on swing outside City Hall, report states | Crime

ROCK HILL, SC (WBTV) - A man and woman in Rock Hill are facing charges after police say they were busted having sex in a swing outside of City Hall.

According to a Rock Hill Police report, officers were called to Johnston Street in reference to people smoking pot on Thursday afternoon around 2:50 p.m.

When officers got to the scene, which is Rock Hill's city hall, they noticed a man and woman sitting on a swing in the courtyard.

As they approached the couple, the report states, officers noticed the couple was having sex in the swing. Officers identified them as Danielle Dewberry, 20, and Amin Jenkins, 39.

Officers say both had their clothes pulled down and were charged with indecent exposure. During a search, officers found a container of marijuana on Dewberry.

She is facing an additional charge of possession of marijuana.
